Cece is a representational impressionist painter.  She primarily uses  oil paints, but depending on the subject, pastels, acrylics and charcoal can find their way into her work.  Her real passion is color.  Her paintings can be recognized by the use of vivid color and the way the colors play against each other on the canvas.
